To apply for a loan, you will have to provide the lender with detailed documentation of your financial history. The lender will request a credit report from a credit agency and will verify the information provided in your loan application. Be prepared to provide:

Refinance Transections

  1. Mortgage Statements for each property.
  2. 2 most recent bank statements to verify assets.
  3. A copy of the driver’s license for each applicant.
  4. A copy of the Social Security Card for each applicant.
  5. Homeowner’s insurance declaration page for each property.
  6. Name, address, and contact information for each applicant's current employer.
  7. Each applicant's job title and length of time employed with the current employer.
  8. Divorce decree, if applicable.
  9. Trust paperwork, if applicable.
  10. Rental agreement, if applicable.
  11. 2020 & 2019 w2’s, if applicable.
  12. Bankruptcy discharge, if applicable.
  13. 2021 pension award letters, if applicable.
  14. 2 most recent paycheck stubs, if applicable.
  15. 2021 social security award letters, if applicable.
